Joe discovered the Treasure Coast in 1988 while flying his Cessna 210 down the Florida Coast to purchase real estate in South Florida. Struck by the amount of wide water, and intriguing waterways of Stuart from 7,000 ft. and comparing it to the congestion further South, he turned the plane around, landed in Stuart, and has been here ever since!
A commercial pilot with over 7000 hours in the in the air, Joe also owns an aerial photography company called Aerials Only (see www.skypicflorida.com). He has documented the growth of Martin and St. Lucie Counties during the last 30 years, and it is this unique perspective that allows him a deep understanding of the various beautiful communities in this area. Joe also loves boating, fishing and scuba diving. He is a strong believer in supporting the Saint Lucie Estuary and the Indian River Lagoon. He attended Boston University, Clark University, and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona, Florida. A second-generation Real Estate professional, Joe has completed over 250 hours of Real Estate education. He is a member of Realtors Association of Martin County and Stuart Rotary, and gives back to the community he serves through various nonprofits including the Premier Charitable Fund.
Joe’s Real Estate Career started in Massachusetts, where he specialized in water front properties on Cape Cod and the South Shore.
Joe currently resides on Hutchinson Island in Anglers Cove, a community designed for boating with a canal and docks sitting on the Intra-coastal waterway.
